Ross Williams is a serial web entrepreneur, founder and CEO of WhiteLabelDating.com, the most successful private online dating business in the United Kingdom.
Prior to this, Ross founded award-winning digital agency Rawnet Limited, growing the business to become a full service web design agency.

In 2006, Ross was shortlisted as Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the CBI Growing Business Awards – described by Prime Minister Gordon Brown as “the business equivalent of the Oscars”.
Recognising entrepreneurial achievement since 1999 and independently co-hosted by Real Business and the CBI, the Growing Business Awards are the largest gathering of A-list entrepreneurs in Britain and judged by an eminent judging panel including serial entrepreneur Peter Jones.

In 2007, Ross was selected as one of the top 10 “people to watch” in the business category of the Courvoisier Future 500 which selects those in the UK tipped to be future leaders in their fields. Ross was also the highest place person under 30 in the business category.

In 2008 Ross’s primary business Global Personals Limited was shortlisted in not one but TWO categories of the prestigious 2008 Fast Growth Business Awards. These awards are one of the major events in the business calendar.
Judged by fellow entrepreneurs such as Peter Jones and Nick Wheeler, Ross’s shortlisting in these awards is an acknowledgment of his business potential.
By 2009, Ross had grown Global Personals Limited to employ over 60 people and generate annual revenues well in excess of £18million.
